Very good food. You can't eat in the restaurant because of Corona, but you can order boxes with food. Everything I've eaten there so far has always been very well prepared. And when you get a seat in the restaurant, you can sit in a small glass dome and enjoy a perfect view. Get 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The view of the Weser Bergland is simply awesome! Perfect location. The friendliness of the host could be better, the staff themselves are nice.

Very nice ambience, well trained and friendly staff. The coconut pumpkin soup was great, the glazed duck tip, the Schaumburger steak plate good, but the dessert "curd dumplings with stewed plums and ice cream" was a hit. Overall very good kitchen.

Dear Paschenburg team, this meal with you will not be our last. On arrival we were warmly welcomed outside and then escorted to our preferred place. A misunderstanding on our part regarding the number of people was resolved in an uncomplicated and highly professional manner by the team. Sitting at the seat we were given the extremely promising menu. The aperitif already convinced us, both the alcoholic and the “driver-friendly”. After a successful start to the evening, we were served an excellent meal and enjoyed it very much. Our special thanks go to the service team for always responding to our individual requests with humor. We had a very nice evening and say hello from the kitchen. Wiebke, Cord and Maxim

Very nice restaurant above the Schaumburg. With a wonderful view far into the Wesertal ..... Good selection of food and drinks, great staff. A visit is always worthwhile.

Very friendly people, great food in a beautiful setting near the highway. The place offers simple but tasty dishes for good prices in a very special setting -> on top of a mountain with amazing views of the valley. Unfortunately the deserts are not fresh, but from the fridge. Very close to the highway, and a great stop en route!
